All bookings must be made through our website, by phone, or via WhatsApp. A confirmation will be sent after receiving your request.

2. Payment

Payment is made on-site or as agreed in advance. Prices are listed in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD).

3. Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel their booking within a reasonable time before the activity. Late cancellations may not be refunded.

4. Responsibility

Clients are responsible for following the guide’s instructions at all times. The company is not responsible for any misuse of equipment.

5. Safety

Helmets and safety instructions are provided. All participants must respect safety rules during the activity.

6. Age Requirements

Children are allowed under adult supervision. Some activities may have age or safety restrictions.

7. Weather Conditions

In case of bad weather, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the activity for safety reasons.

8. Delays

Clients must arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in cancellation or reduced activity time.

9. Personal Belongings

We are not responsible for loss or damage of personal items during the activity.

10. Changes

We reserve the right to modify routes, schedules, or activities if necessary for safety or operational reasons.
